The event addresses the ongoing systemic challenges facing emerging carbon removal markets, particularly across developing regions in Africa. Scaling biochar deployment across diverse agricultural and industrial landscapes requires navigating complex financial barriers, establishing credible monitoring and quality standards, and securing long-term carbon credit access.
