To bridge this commercial adoption gap, Paebbl is leveraging multi-year technical validation and strategic alignment with key commercial real estate partners. The company’s proprietary Rebond series functions as a drop-in ingredient capable of replacing up to 30% of traditional cement in concrete mixes without requiring alterations to standard construction workflows. Partnering with Prologis Ventures enables rigorous technical and pilot testing across large-scale logistics real estate portfolios, while support from the JLL Foundation provides broader access to corporate sustainability strategies and global commercial property networks.

Integrating global real estate leaders directly into Paebbl’s growth trajectory provides the market pull necessary to de-risk investment in commercial-scale production.
