BluSky Carbon Inc., a clean technology company in the carbon removal sector, has announced a joint venture agreement with Ikigai Carbon Corporation. Ikigai has already been working with Omiti Biochar, a Namibian company focused on converting waste biomass into biochar and biocoal while generating high-quality biodiversity carbon removal credits.

The finalized joint venture will hold exclusive rights to future biochar or related projects initiated by either party in Namibia.
